What would it take to have a Conflict-Free Life?

One-time Telecall on January 19th at 11:00am PST

It the very story of life on earth… Disparate groups fighting against each other… Individuals with clashing ideas and beliefs… Hurling judgments and insults, stoking the flames of hurt and upset and hatred and more…

We see this every day on a global scale on the news and on social media with an intensity of struggle and suffering.

And of course, its ever present in our personal relationships and in our families where upsets fester over years and battles break out over petty issues (Its my year to make the Christmas yams!).  Yes, it seems whenever people come together in any way shape or form there is bound to be…conflict.

So what is really going on with conflict?

In what ways do we contribute to conflict in our own lives and in the world?  Is it really possible to live a conflict-free life?

Yes it is! And I choose it!
As a licensed clinical psychologist and empowerment coach who is an expert in the field of addiction and trauma...

I hear about both interpersonal and global conflict in my work with clients every day.  It seems that someone is always not getting along with someone else (or many someone else’s!).

There is anger and upset and unhappiness.  There can be massive amounts of stress and the seeking of relief in ways that may not be productive or healthy.  This can be conflict with family or friends or people at work where there is the sense that nothing but difficulty can exist in certain relationships.

Then there are the conflicts with self, the places where we are essentially engaging in a war with ourselves, never really being authentically us or creating what we truly desire.  These are the places where we may deeply desire something and it seems that every choice we make takes us farther away from having it.  What are the roots of conflict?  What is really going on?

Join us for this one-time telecall!
